“It was a unique experience dealing with N&N. We had had terrible experiences trying to sell with high street estate agents. Examples of this were being told we had a cash buyer who was not a cash buyer at all. There is a big difference between a buyer buying with a mortgage and a true cash buyer. We also experienced “drop closing” where purchasers came in just before exchange lowering the price they would pay. We also experienced non communication once with the standard high street estate agents after the seller thought they had their deal and passed the sale over to admin staff. Managing people and selling houses is a complex process so you really want the service given by N&N who were there for the photo shoot, every viewing with local knowledge. I believe the high street standard agents need to up their game because intelligent people will not stand for their nonsense.”
