All enquiries were then filtered by them to ensure the potential purchaser fully understood the Grade I restrictions. The result was a limited number of viewings, but all were serious. “We first met Nina when she worked for one of the larger national estate agents and sold us our house after we relocated to Richmond. Even though it wasn’t the easiest of purchases with an emotional seller, Nina managed the whole process extremely well and we always said if ever we moved again, we would seek herout.  So now with the kids gone (finally), and future travels mapped out, we decided to take that huge step again and move, (we just love stress!). This time downsizing from a house to an apartment, or at least that was our wish not knowing exactly what we’d be letting ourselves in for. We knew who we’d need to call before we went any further.

 

So, not wanting to alarm the neighbours just in case our plans didn’t materialise, we were delighted to discover that Nina had joined with Nikki to form N & N to initially focus on off market sales. However, with the end of the year in sight, and in order to expedite our sale so we could concentrate on finding the right place, we met with Nina and Nikki and agreed to market our house using social media along with advertising on specialist sites such as Rightmove. 

 

In the first 3 days we had 17 viewings and 3 offers, one of which came in at the asking price and was accepted by us. The response was way beyond what we had expected so we were more than pleased with the quality of the viewings, all of which were accompanied by N & N at all times. 

 

As well as taking care of the potential buyers, Nina and Nikki were also active in trying to find the right apartment for us. We had specific requirements so were a bit concerned that having looked at what was available, we would struggle to find anything in a timeframe that matched our own sale.

 

We need not have worried, for within a very short time, Nina and Nikki found a place that wasn’t yet on the market but they knew would soon be made available for sale through traditional means. They managed to arrange an early viewing for us before that happened and as a result, we submitted an offer that was accepted by the sellers and we were able to secure the property at a very early stage. We were naturally delighted.  Even though Christmas was approaching and the pandemic continuing relentlessly, we are happy to say the whole sale and purchase process went extremely smoothly and we’re now in our new home.

 

We’ve said that this will be our last move (of course we said that last time!), but if ever we had to do this again, we’d have no hesitation in contacting Nina and Nikki. They are friendly, courteous, and above all professional in everything they do. Anyone contemplating either a sale or purchase, and needs a more personalised service, there is no one better.”
